REFUND POLICY

At Sipping Viking, we ensure that our customers receive high-quality products. Please review our refund policy below.

All Sales Final After Inspection

 

Customers have the opportunity to inspect their order upon pickup or delivery. Once the product is accepted, all sales are final, and refunds or exchanges will not be provided.

 

Exceptions for Manufacturer Defects

If a product has a manufacturer defect—such as faulty packaging or an issue with the product’s formulation—you may request a refund or replacement by:

 

  • Contacting us within 30 days at info@sippingviking.ca or in person at the Sudbury Market from 9 am to 2 pm every Saturday

  • Providing proof of purchase and a photo of the defect.

Special Orders

 

  • Orders placed outside our local service area are non-refundable once processed.

  • Customers must coordinate special orders by emailing sales@sippingviking.ca.
